To all our good friends who have offered to send us a care package full of favorite treats: THANK YOU! We appreciate the offer. We really do. It makes us feel loved, and it means a ton to us.

When given such an offer, however, our reply has always been the same: We glad you’re thinking about us, but we’re okay.

Just about anything we might want to buy is already for sale on the island, and to help illustrate, I thought I’d include a few pics of one of the bigger grocery stores, Grand Marché.

(Giving credit where it’s due… all the pics were taken by Michelle or Kenzie McKeeth. Kenzie is on the island as nanny for our friend and neighbor Rose Keravuori, who’s daughter Michelle is holding in the pic above.)

Hi, Crookstons. Great pics! How is everybody doing? How is medical school treating Carina?

Lily and Andi have not had much luck lately finding a mutual time to Skype. Lily will keep trying!

Weather here is incredible as I’m sure you’ve heard. Grass turned green overnight! Crazy. Your Florida renters will be using that boat before long.

    Keep up the great posts!

    We’re thinking of you.

Hey Win, we’re all okay down here. Medical school is keeping Carina plenty busy, although she seems to be in her element. The last round of exams went very well for her and really helped boost her averages for the semester. Andi misses Lilly like crazy and we still have a few crying sessions every now and then. It will be fun to have them hook up this summer.
